Please make sure your address is correct at the checkout and that someone will be in to collect the item during this shipping window. Should an item be taking a while to arrive please ask neighbours if they have been given it on your behalf or ask your post person if it has been left on your property. Do not rely on royal mail shipping cards.  Items undelivered may be returned to us. Should this happen you will need to repay postage costs and you will be contacted about this. Should you not return our messages you will be refunded for the item minus any fees we have incurred.

Tracked, dpd courier and special shipping are services with tracking references. These tracking references will be included with your dispatch email. Should you need to track your item you can do so at www.royalmail.com , www.dpd.co.uk, www.wndirect.co.uk -you can also arrange redelivery on these sites should you choose to.

Customs charges and import duty

When you purchase you must do so knowing the import rules of your country. We cannot circumvent these rules nor can we estimate customs charges in your country. All customs charges must be met by the customer.
